Sally has built a successful career around her passion for cooking.  A professionally trained chef, Sally started her career in the legal world, heading up the in-house hospitality for Berwin Leighton Solicitors. 


After ten years she left to start a family and in 1998 launched her own hospitality company, Sally Burdett Catering, offering a personal and bespoke catering service for both private and commercial clients. 


As a hands-on owner manager Sally brings a wealth of business acumen to the Foundation with a particular specialism in procurement and charity events. 


Sally has been a friend of the Schiller family for more than 20 years and is passionate about making a difference in Max’s name.
