Our Annual Dinner 2017

Once again, the beautiful Vintry in Abchurch Yard played host to Max’s Foundation annual dinner.

Over 140 guests enjoyed the fabulous voices of the Roundhouse Choir, the incredible magic of Leon Thompson and the comedy of Nick Dixon, as well as the fantastic food and atmosphere of the evening.

Our Rum Shack was a very popular new addition to the evening and we’re sure we have made some converts!

The incomparable Simon Green guided us seamlessly through the evening and held everything together for us in his own unique style, creating some very interesting moments for us!

We were completely bowled over by the love and support shown to us before and on the night and because of everyone’s love and generosity we were able to raise over £34,000 – completely exceeding our expectations.

This money will be used within the Centre for Inherited Cardiac diseases at GOSH, to help their research into Hypertrophic Cardiomyopthy and their work towards ensuring that no other family need experience the loss of a child due to HCM.

Thank you to everyone who made the evening the huge success that it was – to our sponsors, our volunteers, our prize donors; to the Vintry, Leon. Nick and the Roundhouse Choir; to the amazing committee who brought the whole thing together; to our wonderful guests – a huge THANK YOU!
